Creating Lasting Value Through Synergy and Openness

Over two intense weeks, Dr. Luca Dalessandro, CEO of ETIX Ventures, worked closely with the team to drive these initiatives forward. The mission was more than just a professional engagement—it was a transformative journey, Luca recalls

This mission was truly a transformative journey—an opportunity to grow together and create a lasting impact. My mission is to create value, leave something meaningful, and ensure continuous growth. We delivered far beyond expectations. Everyone—Swiss EP, BK Holdings, and even I, were amazed at how much we achieved in just two weeks.

Building Bridges and Creating Opportunities
Luca’s focus was on equipping the BK Holdings team with strategic frameworks inspired by global best practices, including ECPE and SynerLeap. He provided business development and commercialization guidance to promising startups, such as Apicoo Robotics and ECOFA from Lab2Market, helping them refine market strategies for their innovative models. The work with startups showed the BK Holdings team what services an ESO (entrepreneurship support organization) can offer. His expertise extended beyond strategy to encompass human capital development, startup incubation, and investment-as-a-service models, enabling BK Holdings to harness his skills for long-term growth. Additionally, Luca delivered a seminar titled "From Research to Venture" for A-Star Group, a Swiss EP’s partner organization specializing in Web3, blockchain, and AI applications. This seminar empowered the Group’s young project leads with the entrepreneurial mindset necessary to transition from research to commercialization.

Beyond BK Holdings, Luca engaged with key players in Vietnam’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, bringing an international perspective to high-level discussions. He facilitated meetings with the CICOR (Vietnam), an international Swiss-enterprise worldwide market leader in embedded system advanced manufacturing; Saigon Innovation Hub, and other stakeholders. His contributions at the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO Intellectual Property Event on IP strategy for business development in Vietnam emphasized the need for stronger IP strategies within Vietnam’s startup ecosystem and inspired new service initiatives within BK Holdings. Luca facilitated a key connection between Dr. Linh, a government stakeholder with a vision to build an AI-based career planner for Vietnamese students, and Orbit8, which partnered with ETIX to develop a customized platform showcased at the "Women in STEM" event. His participation in the National Innovation Center’s Semiconductor Exhibition also offered insights into Vietnam’s growing role in high-tech manufacturing.

Synergy and Openness
The success of this mission was driven by proactive alignment, complementary synergies, and remarkable team spirit. Every day became more productive than the last, thanks to shared commitment. As Luca emphasised:

What made this experience truly exceptional was the openness and humility of everyone involved—Mr. Hub and Mr. Dung from Swiss EP; Dr. Trang, Jen, Hiep, and the entire BK Holdings team. We achieved our goals through proactive alignment, complementary synergies, and an overwhelming team spirit. We backed our results TOGETHER.

Luca credited the structured, disciplined work methodology for keeping the team highly effective.

Each day started with a team briefing in the early morning, followed by focused execution throughout the day, and a debriefing and reflection session in the late afternoon. This was followed by preparations for the next day. These deep, agile cycles kept us highly effective.

Collaboration continued seamlessly outside of work hours through WhatsApp, which served as the team’s central hub for updates, reports, and occasional moments of fun.

Luca emphasized that the fast-paced, highly productive nature of the mission was driven by the support, commitment, and hospitality of Swiss EP and BK Holdings, alongside the strength of the ecosystem. What unfolded over just two weeks was more than an exchange of ideas—it was a tangible, impactful engagement that delivered lasting results.
