Orange Sparkle Ball: A Shared Leap with Endeavor Peru
Orange Sparkle Ball team shares their experience in working with Endeavor Peru in 2020, and why this is their favorite Swiss EP moment.
Orange Sparkle Ball team members Diego Perez and Meaghan Kennedy has been Swiss EP experts since 2020.
For our team at Orange Sparkle Ball (OBS), one of our favorite moments working with Swiss EP was during an intense and inspiring collaboration with Endeavor Peru at the height of the pandemic.
In 2020, when uncertainty prevailed and many initiatives were put on hold, Endeavor Peru made the bold decision to move forward with its plans to expand into corporate innovation. Through Swiss EP, we were invited to support their team in shaping and delivering their very first completely virtual open innovation workshop series.
From the very start, it didn’t feel like a typical consultant-client relationship. It felt like a true partnership. Endeavor had a clear vision and strong ownership over the process. Our role was to bring an outside lens, share relevant tools, and adapt global experience to fit their local context.
Diego Perez, OBS strategist and designer shares:
It was a shared learning experience. We were there to support, but we learned just as much from how the Endeavor team approached uncertainty with purpose.
Despite the remote setting, the collaboration was seamless and dynamic. Video calls, joint design sessions, and rapid iteration over six focused weeks were key to leveraging the impact. Endeavor didn’t just absorb input; they led with clarity and creativity, pushing their ideas into action with impressive speed.
That experience stands out to us because it was more than a successful project; it was a testament to the power of mutual trust, local leadership, and international collaboration.
That kind of collaboration, rooted in mutual respect, shared ownership, and real outcomes, is what makes Swiss EP special. It was a privilege to be part of it.
