Bizzi, a promising B2B SaaS startup from Vietnam, is reshaping how businesses handle payments with its advanced automation technology.

Recently marking its fifth anniversary, Bizzi has processed over 1.5 million e-invoices for more than 1,200 companies and managed transactions totaling over $2 billion. Their solution has cut manual processing time by 250,000 hours with remarkable accuracy.

To scale effectively, Bizzi needed to enhance its sales strategies. Swiss EP Vietnam stepped in by bringing in our expert Patrick Collins, experienced B2B SaaS sales. Patrick’s mission lasted from March to July 2024, aiming to help Bizzi build a robust sales foundation and expand its team.

Throughout his three-month engagement, Patrick played a crucial role in Bizzi's development. He worked closely with founder - CEO Vince Vu and the team to develop a comprehensive playbook for lead generation, covering both inbound and outbound strategies such as content marketing, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing.
