Our journey began in June 2015, and it continues to propel us forward. For the past decade, we’ve been supporting the growth of emerging startup ecosystems in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Peru, Serbia, and Vietnam.

At the heart of this journey are our experts. Swiss EP experts are founders and team members of fast-growing startups, seasoned subject-matter professionals, investors, and ecosystem builders. They bring hands-on knowledge in everything from marketing, branding, and fundraising to finance, tech, scaling, and beyond.

What makes them extraordinary is not only their expertise but their willingness to pay it forward by rolling up their sleeves, immersing themselves in vibrant local communities, and supporting startups and partner organizations on their path to growth.

In the past 10 years, 628 experts have joined us on this mission, sharing their knowledge through countless engagements across our program countries.
