Connecting people. Fostering collaboration

The third edition of the global Women Entrepreneurs Week is taking place from March 20th to 24th 2023 in Zürich, Switzerland.

Through Women Entrepreneurs Week we bring together the most inspiring female founders, mentors, and investors from the ecosystems of the 7 countries we support, for a week of connection, collaboration, motivation, business and personal growth.

During this week-long Bootcamp global participants from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Peru, Serbia, and Vietnam work with some of the best Swiss and international speakers, mentors and investors on topics like:

company valuation, go-to-market strategy, storytelling, sales, business development, finding a co-founder, employee retention, recruitment and more,

through a series of workshops, reflection and coaching sessions.

The program is designed around the concrete needs of the founders and considers how the ecosystems of female start-ups have evolved in the past years. As in the previous Women Entrepreneurs Weeks which took place in 2017 and 2019, the female entrepreneurs are accompanied by supporters such as investors or mentors from the participating countries. This ensures that the week’s content sustainably flows back to the local ecosystems and therefore has a lasting impact.

Despite Covid, the ecosystems have evolved and are at a more mature level than they were after the past Women Entrepreneurs Week; therefore, this edition’s focus is on strengthening their entrepreneurial journeys towards better investment readiness.

The week will culminate with a public networking event and opportunities for interested investors.

As the nomination of the female founders is currently in progress, we will inform you soon about industries and clusters that will be represented as well as the final programme.
